Abstract

ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) is an important endogenous damage - associated molecular pattern (DAMP). P2XR is an ATP-gated cation channel. ATP-P2XR plays a vital role in the pathophysiology of many diseases because P2XR is distributed on various immune cells. ATP-P2XR signal transduction pathway has been implicated to participate in the body's immune defense against pathogens. This paper reviews the recent progress regarding ATP-P2XR and its effects on parasitic diseases.

三磷酸腺苷(ATP)是一种重要的内源性损伤相关分子模式(DAMP)。P2XR是一种ATP门控阳离子通道。由于P2XR分布于多种免疫细胞上,ATP-P2XR在许多疾病的病理生理学中起着至关重要的作用。ATP-P2XR信号转导通路已被认为参与机体对病原体的免疫防御。本文综述了关于ATP-P2XR及其对寄生虫病影响的最新研究进展。
