Abstract
The paper presents a case of the acute histiocytic leukaemia and malignant histiocytosis in a boy treated of eosinophilic granuloma. We could not explain whether it was the question of the generalized basic disease or of a "secondary carcinoma" resulting from the applied radiotherapy.

本文介绍了一名接受嗜酸性肉芽肿治疗的男孩患急性组织细胞白血病和恶性组织细胞增多症的病例。我们无法解释这是全身性基础疾病的问题，还是所应用的放射治疗导致的“继发性癌”的问题。
