The O-polysaccharide was isolated from the lipopolysaccharide of a marine bacterium Pseudomonas glareae KMM 9500 and studied by chemical methods along with 1D and 2D H and C NMR spectroscopy including H,H-TOCSY, H,H-COSY, H,H-ROESY, H,C-HSQC and H,C-HMBC experiments.
