Abstract
To our knowledge, left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) commonly occur as separate disorders in different patients; however, LVNC associated with HCM, which is called hypertrophic LVNC, is relatively rare. Here we report two sporadic cases of hypertrophic LVNC which were diagnosed by echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR).

据我们所知，左心室心肌致密化不全（LVNC）和肥厚型心肌病（HCM）通常作为不同患者的独立疾病出现；然而，与HCM相关的LVNC，即肥厚型LVNC，相对罕见。在此，我们报告两例经超声心动图和心脏磁共振成像（CMR）诊断的散发性肥厚型LVNC病例。
