[Uterus communicans. A rare uterine malformation].

Misinterpretations of urogenital malformations are frequent despite partly intricate and costly diagnostic methods. The problems to be tackled until a correct diagnosis is eventually obtained, are demonstrated by means of a case report on a patient with uterus communicans, a rare malformation (only 31 cases have been published in the international literature to date).
