Abstract

Factor X deficiency (also known as Stuart-Prower factor deficiency) is an autosomal recessive extremely rare hereditary hematologic disorder, affecting around 1:1,000,000 of the general population.  This case report describes a patient with hypoplastic left heart syndrome and severe factor X deficiency, who underwent staged surgical palliation. From stage 1 Norwood palliation, through superior cavopulmonary anastomosis and ending with total cavopulmonary connection with satisfactory hemostasis and no significant perioperative bleeding complication.  The need to maintain hemostasis while aiming to prevent intracardiac thrombosis requires multidisciplinary team approach including hematologist, cardiac surgeon, pediatric cardiac intensivist, and anesthesiologist along with meticulous hemostasis during surgery and careful monitoring of coagulation profile in the postoperative period.

Risk factors for adverse outcome after superior cavopulmonary anastomosis for hypoplastic left heart syndrome.超声心动图在川崎病患儿冠状动脉损伤诊断中的应用价值 摘要:目的:探讨超声心动图在川崎病患儿冠状动脉损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院 2018 年 3 月至 2020 年 3 月收治的川崎病患儿 60 例作为研究对象,均接受超声心动图检查,以冠状动脉造影检查为金标准,分析超声心动图诊断川崎病患儿冠状动脉损伤的效能。结果:60 例川崎病患儿中,冠状动脉损伤 32 例,其中冠状动脉扩张 21 例,冠状动脉瘤 11 例;冠状动脉正常 28 例。超声心动图检查诊断川崎病患儿冠状动脉损伤的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为 86.67%(27/32)、85.71%(24/28)、87.50%(51/60)、86.67%(27/31)、87.50%(24/28)。结论:超声心动图检查能够清晰显示川崎病患儿冠状动脉的结构和血流情况,对川崎病患儿冠状动脉损伤具有较高的诊断价值,可为临床治疗提供可靠依据。
