Abstract
Emergency laparoscopy was successfully used in 106 multiple-trauma and often unconscious patients with blunt abdominal traumas. In 40 cases a negative result avoided any subsequent exploratory laparotomy; two false negative were registered, while a diagnosis of retroperitoneal hematoma was possible in 6 cases.

急诊腹腔镜检查成功应用于106例多发伤且常处于昏迷状态的钝性腹部创伤患者。40例检查结果为阴性，避免了后续的剖腹探查术；有2例假阴性结果，6例诊断为腹膜后血肿。
