Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To develop and evaluate an online course on Basic Life Support.

METHOD

Technological production research of online course guided by the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) instructional design model based on Andragogy and the Meaningful Learning Theory. The online course was constructed in the platform Moodle, previously assessed by a group of experts, and then presented to the students of the Nursing School of the University of São Paulo, who assessed it at the end of the course.

RESULTS

The course was evaluated by the experts and obtained a mean score of 0.92 (SD 0.15), considered as good quality (between 0.90-0.94), and by the students, with a mean score of 0.95 (SD 0.03), considered as high quality (0.95-1.00).

CONCLUSION

The instructional design used was found to be appropriate to the development of the online course. As an active educational strategy, it contributed to the learning on Basic Life Support during cardiac arrest-related procedures in adults. In view of the need for technological innovations in education and systematization of care in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the online course allows the establishment of continuous improvement processes in the quality of resuscitation in the care provided by students and professionals.

目的

开发并评估一门基础生命支持在线课程。

方法

以成人教育学和有意义学习理论为基础,采用ADDIE(分析、设计、开发、实施、评估)教学设计模型指导在线课程的技术制作研究。该在线课程在Moodle平台构建,此前由一组专家进行评估,然后呈现给圣保罗大学护理学院的学生,学生在课程结束时对其进行评估。

结果

该课程经专家评估,平均得分为0.92(标准差0.15),被认为质量良好(0.90 - 0.94之间);经学生评估,平均得分为0.95(标准差0.03),被认为质量高(0.95 - 1.00)。

结论

所采用的教学设计被认为适合在线课程的开发。作为一种积极的教育策略,它有助于成人心脏骤停相关程序中基础生命支持的学习。鉴于教育技术创新和心肺复苏护理系统化的需求,该在线课程有助于在学生和专业人员提供的护理中建立复苏质量持续改进的流程。
