Abstract
Histochemical investigation of mucous membrane of the pharynx was made at rats exposed to the long-lasting alcoholic intoxication. This investigation showed the irritating and impairing effect of ethyl alcohol on the function of the pharynx on the animal model. The observed changes showed the features of the chronic inflammation.
