[Functional role of the oligomeric organization of Ca-ATPase of the sarcoplasmic reticulum].

The analysis of the present-day concepts on the possible physiological role of the oligomeric organization of Ca-ATPase sarcoplasmic reticulum is given. According to the proposed conception the main functional role of the protein-protein interactions is connected with the possibilities of regulation Ca2+ outflux from the lumens reticulum in the region of interprotein contacts.
