CASE
A 65-year-old man developed bilateral knee dermatitis in the distribution of the infrapatellar nerve 3 months following uncomplicated simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for osteoarthritis. The patient was treated with topical corticosteroids, and the rash had resolved after 6 months. At the 2-year follow-up, there had been no recurrences.
CONCLUSION
Neuropathy dermatitis is a rare cutaneous complication of TKA. Although a few theories exist, there is no definitive explanation for the underlying pathophysiology of this disease process.
病例
一名65岁男性，因骨关节炎行双侧全膝关节置换术（TKA），手术顺利，术后3个月在髌下神经分布区域出现双侧膝部皮炎。患者接受了外用糖皮质激素治疗，皮疹在6个月后消退。在2年的随访中，未出现复发。
结论
神经性皮炎是TKA罕见的皮肤并发症。虽然存在一些理论，但对于该疾病过程的潜在病理生理学尚无确切解释。
