To evaluate the sublethal effects of spinetoram and azadirachtin on western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis, leaf dipping method was used to determine their sublethal concentrations (LC) on the 2 instar nymph, and their influences on development and reproduction of F. occidentalis were studied. The results showed exposure of sublethal concentrations of spinetoram and azadirachtin to F. accidentalis had different degrees of effects on this insect pest. Under bisexual reproduction, the LC spinetoram had no significant influences on pre-oviposition period, female adult longevity and fecundity, but male adult longevity was significantly shorter than the control. The LC azadirachtin significantly reduced fecundity and prolonged pre-oviposition period. Under parthenogenesis, the LC spinetoram and azadirachtin extended the pre-oviposition duration, whereas the LC azadirachtin shortened the female adult longevity and significantly decreased fecundity. The LC spinetoram and azadirachtin had different influences on developmental duration of each stage of next generation. The immature stage in treatment group of the LC spinetoram was shorter than that in treatment group of the LC azadirachtin, under bisexual reproduction or parthenogenesis. Intrinsic rate of increase (r) and finite rate of increase (λ) of population treated by the LC spinetoram were higher than those of the control, whereas the r, R, and λ of population treated by the LC azadirachtin were lower than those of the control. The findings indicated that the effects of the LC spinetoram and azadirachtin on the development and reproduction of F. accidentalis were different. The LC spinetoram had certain stimulating effect, whereas the LC azadirach-tinon had significant inhibitory effect. Two biopesticides' influences were related with the reproductive patterns of F. accidentalis.
为评估多杀霉素和印楝素对西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis的亚致死效应,采用浸叶法测定其对2龄若虫的亚致死浓度(LC),并研究其对西花蓟马发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,多杀霉素和印楝素的亚致死浓度处理西花蓟马对该害虫有不同程度的影响。在两性生殖下,多杀霉素的LC对产卵前期、雌成虫寿命和繁殖力无显著影响,但雄成虫寿命显著短于对照。印楝素的LC显著降低繁殖力并延长产卵前期。在孤雌生殖下,多杀霉素和印楝素的LC均延长产卵前期,而印楝素的LC缩短雌成虫寿命并显著降低繁殖力。多杀霉素和印楝素的LC对下一代各阶段的发育历期有不同影响。在两性生殖或孤雌生殖下,多杀霉素LC处理组的未成熟期短于印楝素LC处理组。多杀霉素处理种群的内禀增长率(r)和周限增长率(λ)高于对照,而印楝素处理种群的r、R和λ低于对照。研究结果表明,多杀霉素和印楝素的LC对西花蓟马发育和繁殖的影响不同。多杀霉素的LC有一定的刺激作用,而印楝素的LC有显著的抑制作用。两种生物农药的影响与西花蓟马的生殖方式有关。
