Abstract

Amyloidosis can involve all the segments of the gastrointestinal system (GIS) from mouth to anal canal. We present a case of amyloidosis that is detected by gastric biopsy taken in esophagogas-troduodenoscopy (EGD) performed to investigate the etiology of weight loss, nausea and vomiting. 摘要

淀粉样变性可累及从口腔到肛管的整个胃肠道系统（GIS）。我们报告一例通过食管胃十二指肠镜检查（EGD）时进行的胃活检检测出的淀粉样变性病例，此次EGD检查旨在探究体重减轻、恶心和呕吐的病因。值得强调的是，随机胃活检在胃部评估中很重要。Borazan S、Coşkun A、Yavaşoğlu İ、Yeniçerioğlu Y、Meteoğlu i、Yaşa MH、Karaoğlu AOÖ。原发性胃累及淀粉样变性。《欧亚肝脏胃肠病学杂志》2014年；4（2）：107 - 109。
