Abstract
The medical notes of 370 orthopaedic patients with low back pain, who underwent lumbar radiculography, were retrospectively reviewed to determine the effect, if any, that CSF analysis had on their subsequent management. It was found that no apparent alteration of management occurred in a single patient and hence the routine sampling of CSF during lumbar radiculography for uncomplicated low back pain has been discontinued in our department.

对370例接受腰椎神经根造影的骨科下腰痛患者的病历进行回顾性分析，以确定脑脊液分析（若有影响）对其后续治疗的作用。结果发现，没有一例患者的治疗出现明显改变，因此我们科室已停止在腰椎神经根造影时对单纯下腰痛患者常规采集脑脊液。
