Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of highly selective branches neurotomy of vidian nerve with low temperature plasma on the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide in nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis. Fifty patients with allergic rhinitis were selected as the experimental group. At the same time, 50 normal adults in our hospital were selected as the control group. Highly selective branches neurotomy of vidian nerve with low temperature plasma was performed to observe the changes of vascular intestinal peptide levels in patients with nasal mucosa and the clinical efficacy. Fifty patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with highly selective branches neurotomy of vidian nerve with low temperature plasma. 28 cases have significant effect and the curative effect was 64.3%-92.1% (average was 77.4±4.5)%; 19 were effective and the therapeutic effect was 31.2%-56.4%, with an average of (43.2±2.9)%; only 3 cases were ineffective, and the therapeutic effect was less than 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (<0.05). The optical density of vasoactive intestinal peptide was (1 723.3±215.4) and (2 732.3±324.5) in the preoperative and postoperative groups, respectively, with significant differences (<0.05). The optical density of vasoactive intestinal peptide in the control group was (1 855.4±429.3), which was significantly different from that in the experimental group before operation (<0.05). The difference between the control group and the experimental group after operation have no statistically significant (>0.05). Highly selective branches neurotomy of vidian nerve with low temperature plasma can significantly reduce the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide in nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis, alleviate the symptoms of nasal congestion and paroxysmal sneezing, and improve the prognosis of patients.

本研究旨在探讨低温等离子体翼管神经高选择性分支切断术对变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜血管活性肠肽水平的影响。选取50例变应性鼻炎患者作为实验组。同时,选取我院50例正常成年人作为对照组。采用低温等离子体翼管神经高选择性分支切断术,观察患者鼻黏膜血管活性肠肽水平变化及临床疗效。对50例变应性鼻炎患者采用低温等离子体翼管神经高选择性分支切断术进行治疗。显效28例,疗效为64.3% - 92.1%(平均为77.4±4.5)%;有效19例,疗效为31.2% - 56.4%,平均为(43.2±2.9)%;无效仅3例,疗效低于30%。两组治疗后差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。术前、术后组血管活性肠肽光密度分别为(1 723.3±215.4)和(2 732.3±324.5),差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。对照组血管活性肠肽光密度为(1 855.4±429.3),与实验组术前相比差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。对照组与实验组术后差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。低温等离子体翼管神经高选择性分支切断术可显著降低变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜血管活性肠肽水平,缓解鼻塞、阵发性喷嚏症状,改善患者预后。
