Abstract

Pharmacogenomics aims to promote early realization of personalized medicine. How to translate pharmacogenetic and pharmacogenomic research findings into applications is an important and imperative task. This article summarizes the international status of translational research in pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics towards personalized medicine and new drug development. Pharmacogenomics holds the promise that drugs might one day be tailor made for individuals and adapted to each person's own genetic make-up.

药物基因组学旨在推动个性化医疗的早日实现。如何将药物遗传学和药物基因组学的研究成果转化为实际应用是一项重要且紧迫的任务。本文总结了药物遗传学和药物基因组学在个性化医疗及新药研发方面转化研究的国际现状。药物基因组学有望在未来某天实现药物的个性化定制，使其适应每个人独特的基因构成。
