Abstract

To study the correlation among the serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1),serum amyloid A(SAA) and the level of cognitive function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome overlap syndrome(OS).Sixty patients with OS were in the experimental group, and 33 patients with COPD were in control group. The serum levels of MCP-1 and SAA were measured, and the correlation among MCP-1, SAA and cognitive function was observed by the Montreal scale.①The serum levels of MCP-1 and SAA in OS group were (159.85±21.38)ng/L and (122.64±42.49)ng/L respectively,which in control group were (135.02±15.31)ng/L and (71.37±10.16)ng/L respectively.There were the was statistically significant difference between the two groups(<0.05). ②Montreal scale score and its sub items in OS group were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (<0.05).③There was significant negative correlation between Montreal scale and the serum levels of MCP-1(r=-0.654,<0.05) and SAA (r=-0.617,<0.05) in OS group.Patients in the OS group had obvious cognitive impairment compared with the ones in control group, which suggested that OSAHS might be an independent risk factor for cognitive impairment. The cognitive function of OS patients was negatively related to MCP-1 and SAA, which suggested that MCP-1 and SAA played a role in the occurrence of cognitive impairment in OS patients.

摘要

研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征重叠综合征(OS)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)与认知功能水平之间的相关性。将60例OS患者作为实验组,33例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者作为对照组。检测两组患者血清MCP-1、SAA水平,采用蒙特利尔量表观察MCP-1、SAA与认知功能的相关性。①OS组血清MCP-1、SAA水平分别为(159.85±21.38)ng/L、(122.64±42.49)ng/L,对照组分别为(135.02±15.31)ng/L、(71.37±10.16)ng/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。②OS组蒙特利尔量表评分及其各子项均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。③OS组蒙特利尔量表评分与血清MCP-1水平(r=-0.654,<0.05)、SAA水平(r=-0.617,<0.05)呈显著负相关。与对照组相比,OS组患者存在明显的认知功能障碍,提示阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)可能是认知功能障碍的独立危险因素。OS患者的认知功能与MCP-1、SAA呈负相关,提示MCP-1、SAA在OS患者认知功能障碍的发生中起作用。
