[Differential diagnostic value of the hand arteriogram in primary and secondary Raynaud's syndrome].

Arteriograms of the hands were carried out in 348 patients. Functional and organic changes were analysed in an attempt to differentiate primary from secondary Raynaud's syndrome. The value and limitations of this technique are illustrated by a number of examples.
