Infantile hemangiomas (IH) are the most common in the head and neck region. They can occur anywhere in the skin, however, urethral hemangiomas are very rare. We describe a case report of a 3-year-old boy with extensive lesions of IH in the anterior urethra. Urethral IH were disappeared during 1 year of oral administration of propranolol though it brought on urinary retention. This is the first report about oral propranolol treatment in a child with urethral IH. Oral administration of propranolol may be effective for urethral IH and beneficial especially for lesions requiring extensive surgical resection and reconstruction.
婴儿血管瘤（IH）在头颈部最为常见。它们可发生于皮肤的任何部位，然而，尿道血管瘤非常罕见。我们报告一例3岁男孩前尿道广泛IH病变的病例。口服普萘洛尔1年后尿道IH消失，尽管出现了尿潴留。这是关于口服普萘洛尔治疗儿童尿道IH的首例报告。口服普萘洛尔可能对尿道IH有效，尤其对于需要广泛手术切除和重建的病变有益。
