A new stenasellid isopod is described from Tashan Cave, Khuzestan Province, south-west Iran, belonging to the genus Dollfus, 1897. The first recorded species of Stenasellidae from Iran, , is diagnosed by the presence of antennae with a minute squama bearing paired, long, robust setae; a maxilliped endite with six coupling hooks; and slender appendix masculina with an acute apex. A revised generic diagnosis is provided with a key to the six known western Asian species.
一种新的狭腹鳃虱科等足类动物是从伊朗西南部胡齐斯坦省的塔山洞穴中发现的，隶属于多尔福斯属（1897年）。这是伊朗首次记录的狭腹鳃虱科物种，其特征为触角上有一个带有成对长而粗壮刚毛的微小鳞片；颚足内叶有六个耦合钩；雄性附肢细长，顶端尖锐。文中还提供了一个经过修订的属诊断，并附有一份已知的六个西亚物种的检索表。
