Abstract
In the present study we developed iodinated 125I-standards and tested the response of tritium-sensitive sheet film (3H-Ultrofilm) to varying concentrations of 125I prepared from brain "paste" mixed with mono-iodinated TiTx gamma toxin. Results have practical implications since they allow quantitative measurements of autoradiograms obtained with 125I-coordinats. An example is shown for 125I-neurotensin binding sites on rat brain sections.

在本研究中，我们制备了碘化的125I标准品，并测试了对氚敏感的片基胶片（3H-Ultrofilm）对由脑“糊状物”与单碘化的芋螺毒素γ-毒素混合制备的不同浓度125I的反应。这些结果具有实际意义，因为它们能够对用125I坐标获得的放射自显影片进行定量测量。给出了大鼠脑切片上125I-神经降压素结合位点的一个示例。
