Abstract

In the present study we developed iodinated 125I-standards and tested the response of tritium-sensitive sheet film (3H-Ultrofilm) to varying concentrations of 125I prepared from brain "paste" mixed with mono-iodinated TiTx gamma toxin. Results have practical implications since they allow quantitative measurements of autoradiograms obtained with 125I-coordinats. An example is shown for 125I-neurotensin binding sites on rat brain sections.
