The correlation between histological type and serum CEA, BMG, and IAP was studied in 98 patients with primary lung cancer. In particular, the results showed that the positive ratio in squamous cell carcinoma was increased by measuring serum BMG or IAP simultaneously with serum CEA more than by measuring serum CEA alone. Also, when these values were compared with histological type, adenocarcinoma showed an elevation of the serum CEA level, whereas squamous cell carcinoma showed an elevation of the serum BMG or IAP level. It was suggested that serum CEA, BMG and IAP levels were closely correlated with the histological type in primary lung cancer.
对98例原发性肺癌患者的组织学类型与血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、β2微球蛋白(BMG)及免疫抑制酸性蛋白(IAP)之间的相关性进行了研究。具体结果显示,与单独检测血清CEA相比,同时检测血清BMG或IAP以及血清CEA时,鳞状细胞癌的阳性率有所提高。此外,当将这些值与组织学类型进行比较时,腺癌表现为血清CEA水平升高,而鳞状细胞癌表现为血清BMG或IAP水平升高。提示血清CEA、BMG和IAP水平与原发性肺癌的组织学类型密切相关。
