Aneurysms of the profunda femoris artery (PFA) are exceptionally rare but dreadful because of their high rate of rupture. In this report, we describe the case of a 70-year-old man presented to the emergency department with a ruptured PFA aneurysm. The patient underwent successful aneurysmorrhaphy and distal reconstruction with a vein graft.
股深动脉（PFA）动脉瘤极为罕见，但因其破裂率高而十分可怕。在本报告中，我们描述了一名70岁男性因PFA动脉瘤破裂而被送往急诊科的病例。该患者成功接受了动脉瘤缝合术及静脉移植远端重建术。
