In 3 cases of 29 retinoblastomas (roughly 10%) structures similar to processes of photoreceptors were found. In each of them so-called fleurette cells were seen. In one case, described in detail, many lamellar structures appeared corresponding to the outer segment of the photoreceptor.

在29例视网膜母细胞瘤中有3例（约10%）发现了与光感受器突起相似的结构。在每一例中都可见到所谓的小花细胞。在详细描述的1例中，出现了许多与光感受器外段相对应的板层结构。
