The authors consider the clinical picture and pathogenesis of damage to the peripheral nervous system in patients suffering from occupational disease induced by exposure to antibiotics. In clinical terms it is most often manifested in sensory polyneuropathy and less frequently in isolated damage to neural stems (facial, auditory, sciatic, external femoral skin nerves). Allergic vasculitis due to exposure to antibiotics is responsible for this pathology of the peripheral nervous system.
