Arthroscopic superior capsular reconstruction is a more recent technique that is gaining popularity for use in irreparable rotator cuff tears. However, this surgery can be technically complicated. The purpose of this technique is to increase reproducibility and simplify a complicated procedure by addressing the current challenges of previous techniques.
