[Role of the autonomic nervous system in the genesis and treatment of arrhythmia].

This review deals successively with the anatomy and physiology of cardiac autonomous control, the mechanisms underlying the arrhythmogenic effects of the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems and the role played in their therapeutical effects by the interaction between antiarrhythmic durgs and the autonomous control of the heart.
