In 31 of 33 patients with polyps of the stomach who underwent gastroscopy and x-ray examination the polyps could be diagnosed roentgenologically. 11 patients had multiple polyps, which were in 8 cases hyperplastic polyps, in 3 "other polyps", whereas in 20 patients with solitary polyps 11 cases showed hyperplastic, in 5 cases adenomatous and in 4 cases "other" polyps. After x-ray analysis it can be stated that in our cases the premalignant adenomatous polyp always occurred solitary.
在33例接受胃镜和X线检查的胃息肉患者中，31例的息肉可通过X线诊断。11例患者有多个息肉，其中8例为增生性息肉，3例为“其他息肉”；而在20例单发息肉患者中，11例为增生性息肉，5例为腺瘤性息肉，4例为“其他”息肉。经X线分析可知，在我们的病例中，癌前腺瘤性息肉总是单发的。
