Early glottic laryngeal cancer usually refers to the Tis-T2 lesion without cervical lymph node and distant metastases. Radiotherapy of early glottic laryngeal cancer, CO₂ laser microsurgery, open surgery, plasma radiofrequency ablation, photodynamic therapy, biological targeting therapy have achieved good therapeutic effect. However, due to the special nature of its anatomy, it is controversial about the treatment of early glottic laryngeal cancer which involves the anterior commissure. In this article, we reviewed the conventional treatment of radiation therapy, CO₂ laser microsurgery, open surgery, plasma radiofrequency ablation.
早期声门型喉癌通常指Tis-T2期病变，无颈部淋巴结及远处转移。早期声门型喉癌的放射治疗、CO₂激光显微手术、开放手术、等离子射频消融、光动力治疗、生物靶向治疗均取得了良好的治疗效果。然而，由于其解剖结构的特殊性，对于累及前联合的早期声门型喉癌的治疗存在争议。在本文中，我们回顾了放射治疗、CO₂激光显微手术、开放手术、等离子射频消融的传统治疗方法。
