Ethacrinic acid (0.5 mg/ml), similarly to strophanthin K, increased sodium content and decreased potassium content in the tissue of the frog urinary bladder. Furocemide (0.1 mg/ml) failed to change the ionic content of this tissue. These data indicated a difference in the intracellular action of furosemide and ethacrynic acid.
依他尼酸（0.5毫克/毫升）与毒毛花苷K相似，可增加青蛙膀胱组织中的钠含量并降低钾含量。呋塞米（0.1毫克/毫升）未能改变该组织的离子含量。这些数据表明呋塞米和依他尼酸在细胞内作用方面存在差异。
