Radical prostatectomy (RP) is the gold standard treatment method of localized prostate cancer. Today, this surgery is performed with open or minimally invasive methods. The history of open perineal RP (RPP) is very old, but it is not often preferred by urologists. The use of robot-assisted laparoscopic RP (RALP) is very frequently applied today. Robotic perineal RP (r-RPP) by using a Gel-Point and insufflating CO into the perineal region was first described in 2014. In this case report, we report a 68-year-old patient with localized prostate cancer in whom we successfully performed gasless r-RPP, and according to our knowledge, this is the first case of gasless r-RPP to be reported.
根治性前列腺切除术（RP）是局限性前列腺癌的金标准治疗方法。如今，这种手术可通过开放或微创方法进行。开放性会阴根治性前列腺切除术（RPP）的历史非常悠久，但泌尿外科医生并不常选用。机器人辅助腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术（RALP）如今应用非常频繁。2014年首次描述了使用凝胶点并向会阴区域注入二氧化碳进行机器人会阴根治性前列腺切除术（r-RPP）。在本病例报告中，我们报告了一名68岁局限性前列腺癌患者，我们成功为其实施了无气腹r-RPP，据我们所知，这是首例报告的无气腹r-RPP病例。
