An evaluation is made of the clinical and histological parameters of 650 cases of spinocellular epithelioma. The statistical analysis shows tumor relapse to be related to tumor size, evolution time, relapse following previous treatments, earlier cutaneous lesions, Broders' grading, acantholysis, inflammatory infiltrate and type of treatment applied.
对650例棘细胞上皮瘤的临床和组织学参数进行了评估。统计分析表明，肿瘤复发与肿瘤大小、发展时间、既往治疗后的复发情况、早期皮肤病变、布罗德斯分级、棘层松解、炎症浸润以及所采用的治疗类型有关。
