Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To review the application and research progress of transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO ) in scar assessment.

METHODS

The original articles about scar and TcPO were reviewed and analyzed.

RESULTS

Hypoxia environment plays an important role in the progression of scar tissue. TcPO can accurately reflect the oxygen tension of scar tissue, which is of great significance in the assessment of scar maturity, the guidance of scar treatment, and the study of correlations between hypoxia and the progression of scar.

CONCLUSION

TcPO measurement is important in the study of scar evaluation, treatment, and correlation between hypoxia and scar formation.

摘要

目的

综述经皮氧分压(TcPO )在瘢痕评估中的应用及研究进展。

方法

对有关瘢痕和TcPO 的原始文献进行回顾与分析。

结果

缺氧环境在瘢痕组织进展中起重要作用。TcPO 能准确反映瘢痕组织的氧张力,在瘢痕成熟度评估、瘢痕治疗指导以及缺氧与瘢痕进展相关性研究方面具有重要意义。

结论

TcPO 测量在瘢痕评估、治疗以及缺氧与瘢痕形成相关性研究中具有重要作用。
