Radiological changes in the lung, in the mediastinum and in the pleura should always be clarified. The thoracic surgery realizes methods, which have a minimal risk and a low rate of complications but have a high degree of efficacy. Those methods are biopsy of lymphatic nodes, mediastinoscopy and open chest pleuro-pulmonary biopsy. The methods are described and their indications and also their value is discussed in the scope of the diagnostic system of the lung clinic.
肺部、纵隔和胸膜的放射学变化应始终予以明确。胸外科采用的方法风险极小、并发症发生率低但疗效显著。这些方法包括淋巴结活检、纵隔镜检查和开胸胸膜肺活检。本文将对这些方法进行描述，并在肺部疾病诊断体系的范畴内讨论其适应证及价值。
