Two aluminoborates (LiZnSrAlBO and LiMgSrAlBO) and one galloborate (LiZnSrGaBO) were successfully obtained for the first time, and the centimeter-sized crystals were grown by the Kyropoulos method. These crystals possess the [MBO] (M = Al, Ga) basic frameworks in their crystal structures, and the [GaBO] framework is a new framework in galloborates. The synthesis, single crystal growth, characterizations, and theoretical calculation are reported for these compounds.
首次成功获得了两种铝硼酸盐(LiZnSrAlBO和LiMgSrAlBO)和一种镓硼酸盐(LiZnSrGaBO),并通过基罗普洛斯法生长出了厘米级的晶体。这些晶体在其晶体结构中具有[MBO](M = Al,Ga)基本骨架,且[GaBO]骨架是镓硼酸盐中的一种新骨架。报道了这些化合物的合成、单晶生长、表征及理论计算。
