The perforation into free peritoneum is a singular complication of the intestinal tuberculosis. Regarding a recent observation of this complication revealing small intestinal tuberculosis, we have tried to make the point on this exceptional form of small intestinal tuberculosis. By means of prolonged enteric nutrition and antitubercular treatment, the patient will be cured of this disease without any after-effects as we mentioned it in our observation. Very fearsome in the past (44 deaths out of 104 published cases), perforation into free peritoneum nowadays has a better prognosis.
肠道结核穿孔进入游离腹腔是一种罕见的并发症。关于最近观察到的这种并发症提示小肠结核的情况，我们试图阐述这种特殊形式的小肠结核。通过长期肠内营养和抗结核治疗，患者可治愈该病且无任何后遗症，正如我们在观察中所提到的。过去这种情况非常可怕（104例已发表病例中有44例死亡），如今肠道结核穿孔进入游离腹腔的预后较好。
