Abstract
Currently, CTA is the imaging technique most frequently used to evaluate acute ischemic stroke, and patients with intracranial large-vessel occlusion usually undergo endovascular treatment. This single-center, prospective, cohort study showed that consecutive, multidose use of contrast during CTA and DSA does not increase the incidence of acute kidney injury in patients with acute ischemic stroke, though acute kidney injury tended to have a higher incidence in the contrast multiexposure group ( = .172).

目前，CTA 是评估急性缺血性脑卒中最常用的影像学技术，颅内大血管闭塞的患者通常接受血管内治疗。这项单中心、前瞻性队列研究表明，在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中，连续多次使用 CTA 和 DSA 对比剂并不会增加急性肾损伤的发生率，尽管在多次使用对比剂的组中急性肾损伤的发生率有升高趋势（=.172）。
