: This systematic review examines the effectiveness of the psycho-educational interventions (PEIs) targeted at people diagnosed with schizophrenia and their primary caregivers on improving knowledge level of schizophrenia and health-related outcomes.: A total of 28 studies were reviewed from December 1999 to May 2015. The methods described by Centre for Reviews and Dissemination were used to guide this review.: The PEIs showed consistent improvement in the knowledge level of schizophrenia among participants for various follow-up intervals. In addition, PEIs were found to be superior to treatment as usual in influencing health-related outcomes.: Implications of the findings for mental health care practice and education and recommendations are discussed.
本系统评价考察了针对精神分裂症患者及其主要照料者的心理教育干预措施（PEIs）在提高精神分裂症知识水平及健康相关结局方面的有效性。1999年12月至2015年5月共检索了28项研究。采用循证医学图书馆（Centre for Reviews and Dissemination）描述的方法指导本评价。在不同随访期，PEIs均使参与者的精神分裂症知识水平持续提高。此外，发现PEIs在影响健康相关结局方面优于常规治疗。讨论了研究结果对精神卫生保健实践和教育的意义及建议。
