A case of bicornuate uterus associated with unilateral renal agenesis in a 45-year-old woman is reported. The embryologic problems of müllerian or wolffian ducts in this anomaly are discussed. By using radiological, nuclear or ultrasound methods unnecessary surgery could be evaded.
报道了一例45岁女性双角子宫合并单侧肾缺如的病例。讨论了该异常中苗勒管或沃尔夫管的胚胎学问题。通过使用放射学、核医学或超声方法，可以避免不必要的手术。
