A case of fibrous pseudotumor of the left spermatic cord is reported. The patient was a 4-year-old boy with the complaint of swelling and pain of the left scrotal contents. An intrascrotal tumor was suspected and surgical exploration was carried out. A small tumor was resected and histological examination revealed fibrous pseudotumor. This tumor was not a true neoplasm, but was due to an inflammatory disease. The clinical and histological findings of the tumor are discussed.
报告一例左侧精索纤维性假瘤。患者为一名4岁男孩，主诉左侧阴囊内容物肿胀疼痛。怀疑为阴囊内肿瘤并进行了手术探查。切除了一个小肿瘤，组织学检查显示为纤维性假瘤。该肿瘤并非真正的肿瘤，而是由炎症性疾病引起。对该肿瘤的临床和组织学表现进行了讨论。
