The authors report a case of a ureteral stenosis of a transplanted kidney. The cause was a compression by the spermatic cord. The treatment was surgical, with a ureteroureterostomy with pyelostomy tube intubating the anastomosis. A bit of the drain remained in the renal pelvis; it was removed by percutaneous nephroscopy.
作者报告了一例移植肾输尿管狭窄的病例。病因是精索压迫。治疗方法为手术治疗，采用输尿管输尿管吻合术并置入肾盂造瘘管以插入吻合口。有一小段引流管留在肾盂内；通过经皮肾镜检查将其取出。
