The only method of preoperative visualization of spread of the process in the soft tissues (phlegmons, abscesses etc.) is the ultrasonic examination which was used in 32 patients. The diagnostic significance of echography in chronic osteomyelitis was 50%, suppuration in the soft tissues was 92.3%.
术前可视化软组织（蜂窝织炎、脓肿等）病变扩散情况的唯一方法是超声检查，32例患者使用了该检查。超声检查对慢性骨髓炎的诊断意义为50%，对软组织化脓的诊断意义为92.3%。
