Primary clavicular localisation of Ewing's tumour treated by total cleidectomy. Case report and review of the literature.

The authors report a case of Ewing's sarcoma localised in the clavicle followed up 5 years after total cleidectomy. There was no recurrence and excellent function of the shoulder, which justifies this method as it may be the treatment of choice for this rare localisation as opposed to the less reliable partial cleidectomy.
