is a clinical pharmacist at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics in Salt Lake City. is a professor and director of interprofessional education at Idaho State University College of Pharmacy in Meridian. is assistant professor of medicine at the University of Washington and an attending physician and ambulatory care co-chief; is the co-director of the Boise Center of Excellence in Primary Care Education and director of the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency. At the time this study was conducted, Dr. Buu was a pharmacy resident at the Boise VAMC.
