A case report is presented here on the rare osteoclastoma of the pancreases which was observed in a patient with pancreas divisum. The leading symptom was recurrent bleeding from Santorin's duct (Santorinorrhage).
本文报告一例罕见的胰腺骨巨细胞瘤病例，该病例发生于胰腺分裂症患者。主要症状为Santorini管反复出血（Santorini出血）。
