We report a case of a 75-year-old woman with residual shunt of patent ductus arteriosus after initial surgical repair. She was successfully treated by thoracic aortic stent graft and residual shunt disappeared. Re-surgical repair for residual shunt of patent ductus arteriosus is very invasive and challenging procedure. Also endo-vascular repair using coil or an occluding device can be problematic because of anatomical change due to initial surgical repair. Thoracic aortic stent graft, as a re-intervention procedure for patent ductus arteriosus, is simple, safe, and useful in elderly patients.
我们报告一例75岁女性患者，其动脉导管未闭在初次手术修复后仍有残余分流。她通过胸主动脉支架植入术成功治愈，残余分流消失。对动脉导管未闭残余分流进行再次手术修复是一种创伤性极大且具有挑战性的手术。此外，由于初次手术修复导致的解剖结构改变，使用线圈或封堵装置进行血管内修复可能会出现问题。胸主动脉支架植入术作为动脉导管未闭的再次干预手段，对老年患者来说简单、安全且有效。
