The terrestrial isopod species of the subgenus Hemilepistus (Desertellio) are revised. Hemilepistus ruderalis (Pallas, 1771), H. heptneri Borutzky, 1954, H. pavlovskii Borutzky, 1954 and H. fedtschenkoi (Uljanin, 1875) are redescribed and their diagnostic characters are figured. Three species namely H. nodosus Budde-Lund, 1885, H. zachvatkini Verhoeff, 1930 and H. buddelundi Borutzky, 1945 are synonymized with H. fedtschenkoi, and H. russonovae Borutzky, 1945 is considered as a synonym of H. ruderalis. An identification key to Desertellio species is provided.
对沙漠地蜈蚣亚属（Hemilepistus (Desertellio)）的陆生等足类物种进行了修订。重新描述了粗糙沙漠地蜈蚣（Hemilepistus ruderalis (Pallas, 1771)）、赫普特纳沙漠地蜈蚣（H. heptneri Borutzky, 1954）、帕夫洛夫斯基沙漠地蜈蚣（H. pavlovskii Borutzky, 1954）和费德申科沙漠地蜈蚣（H. fedtschenkoi (Uljanin, 1875)），并绘制了它们的鉴别特征图。将三种物种，即结节沙漠地蜈蚣（H. nodosus Budde-Lund, 1885）、扎克瓦特金沙漠地蜈蚣（H. zachvatkini Verhoeff, 1930）和布德尔伦德沙漠地蜈蚣（H. buddelundi Borutzky, 1945）同义于费德申科沙漠地蜈蚣，而鲁索诺夫沙漠地蜈蚣（H. russonovae Borutzky, 1945）被视为粗糙沙漠地蜈蚣的同义词。提供了一份沙漠地蜈蚣属物种的鉴别检索表。
