Abstract

The antifungal effect of the active substance in camellia seed cake is evaluated on Aspergillus flavus. The n-butanol phase exhibited an apparent antagonistic effect on A. flavus. A reference and a guide for natural antifungal agents is provided. Knowledge of the utilization of the by-products of camellia seed is broadened.

茶籽饼中活性物质对黄曲霉的抑菌效果进行了评估。正丁醇相表现出对黄曲霉的明显拮抗作用。为天然抑菌剂提供了参考和指导。拓宽了对茶籽副产物利用的认识。
