The male of Ding & Yang, 1986 (Hemiptera, Fulgoroidea, Delphacidae, Tropidocephalini) is redescribed. The female genitalia of the species here, is described and illustrated for the first time. The geographic distribution of the species and images of adult habitus are provided.
