Effects of N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) on cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenase system activity and the ultrastructure of the liver cells are examined. Significant changes in the structure of mitochondria, smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus are observed, particularly in 3rd zone of acinus. Cytochrome P-450 and monooxygenase activity shows decrease, but cytochrome b5 and NADH-cytochrome b5 reductase activity increases.
研究了N-乙基-N-亚硝基脲(ENU)对细胞色素P-450依赖性单加氧酶系统活性和肝细胞超微结构的影响。观察到线粒体、滑面和粗面内质网以及高尔基体结构发生显著变化,尤其是在腺泡的第3区。细胞色素P-450和单加氧酶活性降低,但细胞色素b5和NADH-细胞色素b5还原酶活性增加。
